Include your app version if you can (Settings → About Ans shows it). Replies usually come within a few days.

Reporting a bug

The most useful bug reports include:

  1. what you entered (the exact key presses, if possible);
  2. what you expected to see;
  3. what Ans showed instead;
  4. your device and iOS version.

Calculation bugs are taken particularly seriously — if Ans ever shows a wrong answer, please report it.

Feature requests

Suggestions are always welcome. Ans deliberately grows slowly — features are added when they make the app better to use every day, not to fill a list — but every suggestion is read and considered.

Does Ans work offline? Yes, completely. It never uses the network.

Where is my data? On your device, and nowhere else. See Privacy.

Is there a subscription? No. Ans is bought once and owned.
